ACIDITY is very common and painful. It feels like stomach is on fire and it can burns all the way up to your neck. Although it is hard to treat but some home remedies and lifestyle changes can bring you relief.
a. Eating food at regular interval is very important.
b. Try to eat food which are alkaline in nature.
c. Elevating your bed from head can bring some night time relief.

d. Believe it or not chewing gum can help by producing saliva and excess swallowing.
e. Scoop of vanilla ice cream or sipping cold milk can provide temporary relief.
f. Apple Cider vinegar in a glass of water will help as well.
g. Aloe vera juice before meals seems to work.

These are just some of the diet and lifestyle change which if incorporate on a regular basis can make life comfortable.
