The service is a monthly subscription plan that allows you to speak to our medical providers at discounted rates.  The subscription plan covers your immediate family.

Step 2: Connect to the Medical Provider

Your medical advice order email will have details on how to contact the medical provider.  Depending on the severity of your medical condition you may get to speak to the medical provider right away or you may be placed in queue for a callback within 1 hour.

Step 3: Speak to the Medical Provider

Speak to the medical provider in detail to address your medical need.
